| Review Text: | My spouse and I enjoyed a very special lunch today at Maestro's. The hostess was very helpful in making space for my wheelchair so we could enjoy sitting on your breezy little terrace. Our waitress, Terry, was cheerful and made a point to help us with both our wine and meal choices. This was our first visit to this restaurant but not our last and we will certainly tell all of our friends about your wonderful place! |

| Review Text: | My husband and I moved into the area last April, and go out to dinner often. We have been going to a different downtown restaurant each time, wanting to try them all. Maesto's has been our most favorite, and each time we have out of town guests, this is where we take them. The food is outstanding and the service and ambiance as well. We love it! |

| Review Text: | Dear Tina and John, I was in Saratoga Springs for the first time last weekend and was instantly drawn to the charm and architecture of Broadway. The highlight for me was that I found Maestros as I strolled down Broadway on a beautiful Saturday evening. Although I had no table reserved and had an appetite in search of Thai food, you graciously found me a table. John, your skill at paring flavors and textures is nothing short of amazing! I had to force myself to pace myself so that I could savor every aspect of the meal you prepared for me. The crab cake; truly the best, but the Strawberry Grouper was truly outstanding. I will be returning on business in the future and will make my diner reservations before I make my hotel reservations. Until then, Bon Apetite, Rick. |
